Preferably, you will have an active backup of your website stored safely at home, at the office or maybe on an old DVD-R sitting at the back of some drawer. If this is the case, awesome! You have the easiest path for sure!
If not, we may be able to dig out an archive of your website. This involved a complicated process of trying to find a copy of your website as it has appeared in the past. This might be a few months ago, it might be some years ago. In our vast experience, it is rare that we cannot get some form of your website back live and running again.

Best case scenario; you pay your fees and we do everything. Worst case, you need a new domain name or website as they are just stuck in cyberspace. Again, this is not common, but also not impossible. We don’t want to promise you anything prior to assessing your exact needs first.
